Aromatherapy: This is a form of alternative medicine that uses volatile plant materials, known as essential oils, and other aromatic compounds for the purpose of altering a person's mind, mood, cognitive function or health.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage (L.D.M) This is a massage which follow the pathway of the lymph fluid, found in inter cellular spaces and in the lymph vessels all over the body. The lymph is a watery fluid that contains white blood cells called lymphocytes and the excess of the fluid in the tissues causes swelling and tightness. Lymphatic drainage massage stimulates the lymphatic system which is the body’s immune system
Indian Head Massage The only head massage style which is internationally accepted. This massage soothes away stress and tension, leaving refreshed, relaxed mind with a rejuvenated clear and clam vision.
Abhyanga: Abyangha is a form of ayurvedic medicine that involves massage of the body with large amounts of warm oil. The oil is often pre-medicated with herbs for specific conditions. Abhyangha can be done as part of the steps of panchakarma therapy, especially in the first stage: Purva Karma (pre-treatment), or as its own therapy. It is often followed by svedana therapy, a warm bath, yoga or laying out in the sun.
Balinese Massage This massage is originated in the highlands of Bali (Indonesia).A Balinese massage uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure and aromatherapy oil to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and ‘qi’(energy) in the body and bring deep relaxation and wellness.
Swedish massage Swedish massage uses scientific styles of long flowing strokes to massage. Swedish massage has shown to be helpful in increasing blood circulation, reducing pain and joint stiffness. Shiatsu massage Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese massage. Shiatsu technique refers to the use of fingers and palms of one’s hand to apply pressure to particular sections on the surface of the body for the purpose of correcting the imbalances of the energy flow in the body, also maintaining and promoting health. It is also a method contributing to the healing of specific illness
Hot stone: Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.
Thai Massage Thai massage originated in India and is based on Ayurveda and Yoga. The technique combines massage with yoga-like positions during the course of the massage; the northern style emphasizes stretching while the southern style emphasizes acupressure
